CTAS WET XCOV31 campaign

During October 2025, CTAS participated in the WET XCOV31 campaign to observe the pulsating white dwarf G29-38. The attached photo is a portion of the wrapped plot showing the G29-38 visible data taken over the full XCOV 31 campaign, from October 13th through November 5th. Each subplot shows the optical observation data organized by telescope/observatory that gathered the data. Only the first few days when PJMO was imaging are shown.

CTAS was able to image on Oct 13-14 and Oct 16-17 (times UTC) before the failure of the RA drive motor. The PJMO data results are shown in pale blue indicated by the text. Twenty-seven (27) observatories from around the world contributed data. For CTAS, it is significant to note that PJMO data compared favorably with much larger telescopes, validating CTAS' capability to collect and record scientific data.

An image of the processed PJMO data from a single night is attached for reference.
