About this event
Each month the Central Texas Astronomical Society hosts an Open House at its Turner Research Station, near Clifton, Texas. Each event is designed to describe our activities and to share our passion for astronomy. We always have an indoor program, unless conditions demand that we close for safety considerations. In addition, sky conditions permitting, visitors may experience the heavens with portable telescopes and/or the 24-inch Meyer telescope.
