ITS GALAXY SEASON IF WE CAN EVER GET GOOD WEATHER....
abrickhouse
Shot NGC 2403 after suggestion from Johnny Barton who saw this when looking for a comet. This is a noisy part of the sky and it is part of the M81 group of Galaxies and located about 10MLY from our Sun. It is about 2 hours of exposure with my STT 8300M on the Titan Mount from Brickhouse Observatory at TRS.

Well done, Aubrey! Color and detail are worthy of a professional observatory!

I presume that was with your 10”Orion?

Johnny

Very nice job!  Lots of detail all the way into the core of the galaxy.
